Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup hung curd
  2. 1/4 cup finally chopped onions
  3. 1/4 Cup finally chop green Capsicum
  4. one fourth Cup finally chop cabbage
  5. 1/4 cup grated carrot
  6. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
  8. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Butter to toast the sandwich
  11. 8 bread slices

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl take one cup hung curd.
  2. To this, add all the chopped and grated vegetables.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Now mix green chillies, oregano, black pepper powder and salt.
  5. Mix well and your stuffing is ready.
  6. now heat a tawa or a sandwich griller.
  7. Take a bread slice and apply some butter on it
  8. place the bread slice with butter side down on tawa or griller.
  9. now apply some curd and veggie mixture on it.
  10. cover it with another bread slice.
  11. apply some butter on the top bread slice
  12. flip the sandwich and grill it till it is Golden in colour
  13. serve hot with ketchup
