Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cabbage 1
  2. Salt as required
  3. Corn flour. 4tsp
  4. All purpose flour. .4tsp
  5. Red chilli powder. 1tsp
  6. Cumin powder. 1/2tsp
  7. Coriander powder.1/2tsp
  8. Garam masala. 1/4TSP
  9. Cheese 2 cubes
  10. Butter .1 cube
  11. Milk.half cup
  12. Oil.for deep fry

Instructions

  1. First chop cabbage into small pieces and soak it in salt water for 5 minutes and drain it .now add all dry powder and flours by adding required quantity of water and make it into cutlet dough.
  2. now make it into small balls and deep fry it
  3. Next preparation of sauce. Take a microwave bowl and add milk .Butter and cheese and melt it for one and half minute by stirring it for every 30 seconds and whisk it for 2 to 3 minutes untill it comes to sauce consistency
  4. Now take a dish out bowl and arrange crispy cabbage balls one on another and pour cheesy sauce on it and top it with dry herbs.chilli flakes and grated cheese
