Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl sooji
  2. 1 bowl sour curd
  3. 1 tspn salt
  4. 1/2 black pepper
  5. 1/2 red chilli powder
  6. 2 tblspn chopped capsicum
  7. 1 chopped onion
  8. 150 gms paneer
  9. 1 tspn chat masala
  10. 1 tspn oil

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add sooji and sour curd in it.
  2. Mix it and add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and chat masala to it.
  3. Mix it and keep aside.
  4. In the meanwhile chopp onion, capsicum and mash 100 gms of paneer.
  5. Now put these three things in the batter and mix it properly.
  6. Lumps should not be there in the batter.
  7. Now brush the pan with oil and heat it.
  8. Pour the batter on the pan and spread it evenly.
  9. After spreading, grate the 50 gms of paneer on it evenly.
  10. Now pour few drops of oil around the edges if required.
  11. Cover it with the lid for 5 to 8 mins.
  12. Flame should be on medium and then low.
  13. Now after 8 mins flip it and again cover it with the lid for 8 mins.
  14. Now open the lid and check whether it is done or not.
  15. If it is then transfer this Paneer Handvo to the plate.
  16. Serve hot with ketchup or your choice of sauce.
