Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 50 gms panner
  2. 1/4 cup chopped onion
  3. 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  4. 1/4 cup carrot slices
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
  7. 1/4 kg palak leaves
  8. 1 cup Rice flour
  9. 1/2 cup Maida

Instructions

  1. Take a palak leaves wash it put boil water
  2. Strain water make fine paste
  3. Take a big mouth bowl put rice flour,maida,palak paste,salt
  4. Add water observe dosa consistency
  5. Heat tavva just grease with butter
  6. Pour dosa batter apply like dosa
  7. Add all veggies on it great the panner on top of it
  8. Add butter sprinkle pepper ,salt on top of it
