Lemon flavoured these muffins are very very tasty and delicious.looking awsome and tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup Flour
  2. 3/4 cup butter
  3. 3/4 Cup milkmaid
  4. 1/4 cup powder sugar
  5. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
  8. Milk as per required
  9. 1 tbsp lemon zest
  10. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  11. For decoration---
  12. fondant
  13. 7 desired colours
  14. Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Take butter and sugar in a bowl
  2. Beat them till creamy
  3. Add milkmaid and again beat
  4. Preheat ovan
  5. Sieve flour,baking powder and baking soda
  6. Mix flour in butter mix
  7. Add vanilla essence
  8. Add lemon zest and lemon juice and mix
  9. Add milk if required as per consistency
  10. Grease muffin moulds and pour batter in 3/4 of mould
  11. Bake them for 20-25 min at 180 degree
  12. When baked let them cool
  13. Till then take fondant and devide it in 7 parts
  14. And mix 7 colours in seven parts
  15. Roll them and arrange on cupcakes
  16. Make 7 layers of coloured fondant
  17. Decorate with sprinkles
  18. Serve these cute muffins to your kids
