Kids love pizzas. We spend a lot of money to buy pizza. But you can save money by making pizza at home using this recipe. My daughter loves it a lot.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For dough-
  2. All Purpose flour - 3 Cups
  3. Thick curd or yogurt - 3 tablespoon
  4. sugar - 1 teaspoon
  5. Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  6. Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Salt- 3/4 teaspoon
  8. oil - 1 tablespoon
  9. water - 1 cup + as needed
  10. Dry flour to roll the pizza
  12. Pizza sauce
  13. Sliced onion - 1/2 cup
  14. Deseeded and chopped tomatoes - 1/2 cup
  15. Fine chopped bell pepper or capsicum.- 1/2 cup
  16. Mozarella cheese - 2 cup
  17. oil - 3 tablespoon
  18. Red chilly flakes
  19. Italian seasoning
  20. butter


  1. For preparing the dough - Take a large bowl. Add in all purpose flour,sugar,salt,baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Now add in curd,oil and water.
  3. Knead a soft dough. Use more water if needed.
  4. If the dough is sticky, add a little oil and knead it.
  5. Place the dough in a separate bowl and cover it with a ceiling polypack tightly.
  6. Keep it aside for 7-8 hours on a warm place.
  7. After 7-8 hours, take out the dough.
  8. Take some oil and rub it between your palm. Divide the dough in 5 equal sized balls.
  9. For making pizza -
  10. Take a non-stick pan and heat it on low flame.
  11. Take one ball of the dough and roll out it by applying some dry flour.
  12. Place it in the pan and let it cook till light brown.
  13. Turn the pizza base and apply pizza sauce on cooked side.
  14. Appply vegetables topping,mozarella cheese and butter.
  15. Sprinkle some italian seasoning.
  16. Apply some oil to the sides of the pizza and cover the pan with a lid.
  17. Cook it untill cheese gets melted. Check in between. It will take around 3-4 minutes.
  18. Garnish it with some chilly flakes and serve hot with tomato sauce.
