Eggs and nuts together makes it protinicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Eggs 3
  2. Sugar 6 tsp
  3. Milk 2 cup
  4. Milk powder 3 tsp
  5. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Vanilla essence 2 drops
  7. Orange food colour a pinch
  8. Ghee 2 tblsp
  9. Nuts chopped(almonds...cashews...raisins)

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl take eggs,milk powder,sugar and blend it well..
  2. In a nonstick pan take ghee ..add nuts
  3. Saute for 1 min...
  4. Add egg milk mixture slowly with continues stirring ...
  5. Mix it continuesly till it becomes dry
  6. Add colour and cardamom powder
  7. After 1 min add vanilla essence
  8. Turn off gas when its sides start leaving ghee
  9. Serve
