Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup boiled chhola
  2. 2 onion
  3. 2 tomato
  4. 6 cloves of garlic
  5. 1 tsp ginger paste
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. 4 tbsp oil
  9. 1 tsp jeera
  10. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  11. 1 bay leaf
  12. 2 cloves
  13. Pinch of hing
  14. 5-6 curry leaves
  15. 2 whole green chillies
  16. Salt as per taste
  17. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  18. 1/2 tsp haldi
  19. 1 tsp coriander powder
  20. 2 tsp channa masala
  21. 1 tsp garam masala
  22. 1 lemon juice
  23. Coriander leaves and onion slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. TAKE ONION ,TOMATO
  2. GARLIC,GREEN CHILLI AND GINGER IN MIXI AND GRIND THEM TO MAKE PASTE
  3. HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD JEERA,HING AND RAI LET THEM SPLUTTER AND ADD CLOVES AND BAY LEAF
  4. CUTRY LEAVES AND ADD ONION TOMATO PASTE
  5. STIR IT IN OIL AND ROAST PASTE
  6. WHEN IT COOKS ADD HALDI,CHILLI POWDER,CHANA MASAL AND CORIANDER POWDER
  7. ADD GARAM MASALA AND ROAST ALL OF THEM FOR 3-4 MIN.
  8. ADD SALT
  9. ADD LEMON JUICE AND 1 CUP WATER
  10. AND BOILED CHHOLA MIX THEM AND COOK FOR 10 MIN.
  11. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  12. AND OUR DELICIOUS CHANA MASALA IS READY
  13. SERVE EITH BHATURA, RICE OR ROTI
