ABOUT Homemade Mango Jam RECIPE

This is a super easy mango jam recipe which can be easily made at home and enjoy the delicious healthy jam. No pectin, no preservatives and no artificial colour. Just 3 ingredients Mango Jam, make this easy and lovely jam at home with this easy recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 large riped Mango
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. GRIND 2 LARGE RIPED AND PEELED MANGOES INTO A FINE PUREE.
  2. IN A PAN ADD THE MANGO PUREE AND 1 CUP SUGAR.
  3. STIR CONTINOUSLY AND COOK THEM ON MEDIUM HEAT.
  4. COOK TILL THE MIXTURE BECOMES THICK FOR 10-12 MINS. REMOVE FROM HEAT, LET IT COOL DOWN COMPLETELY.
  5. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE AND MIX WELL.
