Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tender banana stem
  2. Green chilli 1
  3. ginger small piece
  4. garlic 3-4 piece
  5. Corn flour 1-2 tsp
  6. pepper 1 tsp
  7. turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Sesame oil 1 tsp
  9. salt

Instructions

  1. USE TENDER BANANA STEM. SLICE AND CHOP THEM
  2. CHOP THEM AS SHOWN. STORE IT IN WATER TO AVOID OXIDATION
  3. RESERVE 10-15 CUBES TO GET SOME BITES (OPTIONAL)
  4. ADD THE CUBES TO BLENDER TO PREPARE JUICE
  5. ADD 1 GREEN CHILLI, GINGER AND 3-4 GARLIC CLOVES TO BLENDER AND MAKE A FINE PASTE
  6. ADD OIL IN KADAI. SAUTE GINGER GARLIC CHILLI PASTE
  7. ADD BANANA STEM JUICE
  8. ADD RESERVED BANANA STEM CUBES AND REQUIRED SALT
  9. ADD 1 TSP PEPPER AND 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER. BOIL FOR 5-10 MINUTES
  10. PREPARE CORNFLOUR SLURRY AND ADD TO THICKEN SOUP
  11. MIX WELL TO AVOID LUMPS FORMATION
  12. TURN OFF FLAME AT THIS STAGE. SERVE HOT
