  3. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL
  2. 1 HOUR SOAKED, DRAINED MOONG DAL
  3. FRY IT
  4. SAUTE AND FRY TILL CRISPY
  5. FRY CONTINUOUSLY
  6. IT'S READY NOW REMOVE
  7. TRANSFER INTO KITCHEN TOWEL TO ABSORB THE EXCESS OIL
  8. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL, SERVE
