  1. Ingredients for fried chicken
  2. chicken - 1/2 Kg
  3. salt - pinch
  4. turmeric powder-1 spoon
  5. Grounded chilli paste/ chilli powder - 2 spoon
  6. oil - to fry
  7. Ingredients for Manchurian
  8. Finely chopped onion - 1
  9. tomato - 1
  10. Finelly chopped /- 3 pods
  11. Soya sauce - 1 spoon
  12. salt - accordingly
  13. tomato sauce - 1spoon
  14. chilli sauce - 1 spoon
  15. Oyster sauce- 1 spoon
  16. coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/2 KG CHICKEN WASH WELL, ADD PINCH OF SALT , 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  2. ADD CORN FLOUR 2 TSP, GRINDED CHILLI PASTE 2 SPOON/CHILLI POWDER MIX WELL TOGETHER
  3. HEAT A OIL IN A PAN, FRY THAT MIXED MASALA CHICKEN
  4. STIR FRY 10 MIN,
  5. FRY TILL IT TURNS BROWNY
  6. HEAT A OIL IN A PAN ADD FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC,
  7. ADD TOMATO AND ONION ,SALT SAUTE TILL IT TURNS GLOSSY
  8. ADD 1 SPOON SOYA SAUCE
  9. ADD 1TSP TOMATO SAUCE
  10. ADD 1 TSP CHILLI SAUCE
  11. ADD 1 TSP OYSTER SAUCE
  12. SAUTE FOR 5 MIN, ADD FRIED CHICKEN
  13. MIX WELL, SAUTE FOR 10 MIN TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
  14. Now the chicken Manchurian is ready to eat with variety rice /rice anything
