Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 gram mushroom
  2. 2 onion finely chopped
  3. 1/2 cup tomato puree
  4. 1/4 cup fresh cream
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  10. 2 cardamom
  11. 3 cloves
  12. 1 inch cinnamon stick
  13. Sat to taste
  14. Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TSP OIL
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN, 1 INCH CINNAMON STICK, 3 CLOVES, 2 GREEN CARDAMOMS
  3. ADD 1 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  4. ADD 2 ONIONS, FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL TRANSLUCENT
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC, RED CHILLI & CUMIN POWDERS
  6. ADD 1 TSP GINGER- GARLIC PASTE, SAUTE FOR 5 MINS
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP TOMATO PUREE
  8. ADD 1/2 CUP PEAS, MIX & COOK TILL OIL STARTS LEAVING THE SIDES
  9. ADD 200 GMS CHOPPED MUSHROOMS
  10. COVER & COOK FOR 10 MINS
  11. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1/2 CUP OF WATER
  12. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 10 MINS
  13. ADD 1/4 CUP FRESH CREAM, SIMMER FOR 5 MINS
  14. GARNISH WITH 2 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  15. TAKE OUT IN A SERVING BOWL
  16. SERVE HOT
