  1. Leftover idli mashed 1 cup
  2. Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
  4. Cooking oil 2 tsp
  5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  6. Urad dal 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli 1
  8. Green chilli 1
  9. chopped Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. MASH AND POWDER THE LEFTOVER IDLIES
  2. HEAT OIL ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND URAD DAL
  3. ADD RED CHILLI AND LET IT SPLUTTER, THEN ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  4. ADD ONION AND SAUTE
  5. GREEN CHILLI
  6. MASHED IDLI AND COCONUT
  7. SALT TO TASTE AND SAUTE WELL, SWITCH OFF AND SERVE
