Appam One cup soaked poha One cup cooked rice One cup rava One cup curd Mix grind poha,cooked rice n mix with rava n curd,add few green chillies, onion,tomato,coriander,curry leaves,ginger,salt n pinch of soda...slowly add in greased appam tawa..ready to serve with chutney....here I had left over rice n poha so I have used it..u can make also using only rava n curd with mix vegetables toooo...try n do share ur views n experience...

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One cup soaked poha
  2. One cup cooked rice
  3. One cup rava
  4. One cup curd
  5. Cooking soda
  6. One onion finely chopped
  7. One tomato finely chopped
  8. Finely chopped green chilli,coriander,ginger n curry leaves
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Grind the left over poha and rice proper ly..
  2. Mix the above batter with rava n curd..
  3. Now add pinch of soda,salt as pertaste,ginger n chilli paste and finely chopped onion tomato n mix properly
  4. Grease the appam with oil n put on flame.
  5. Pour one spn of batter in each cup and let it cook..
  6. Once cooked..flip it on the other side
  7. Once done..ready to serve
