Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Burger Buns. 4 No.
  2. chickpeas. 1 cup
  3. tomatoes chopped 1 cup
  4. Cherry tomatoes. 4No.
  5. garlic crushed. 3No.
  6. ginger chopped. 1 Tsp
  7. Potato boiled 1No
  8. Green pepper. 1No.
  9. cumin seeds. 1Tsp
  10. turmeric. 1Tsp
  11. CorrianderPowder. 2Tsp
  12. Garam masala. 1Tsp
  13. amchur. 1Tsp
  14. red chilli powder. 1Tsp
  15. olive oil. 2Tbsp
  16. butter. 2Tbsp
  17. salt to taste
  18. Chopped corriander. 1/4 Cup
  19. water As required
  20. Leftover chickpeas water. 1cup

Instructions

  1. PRESSURE COOK 1 CUP OVERNIGHT SOAKED CHICKPEAS UPTO 4 WHISTLES
  2. DRAIN, RESERVE THE WATER
  3. HEAT 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  4. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN, 1 TSP GINGER, 3 GARLIC CLOVES
  5. ADD 2 SLICED ONIONS
  6. COVER & COOK TILL BROWN
  7. ADD 1 CUP TOMATOES, ALL DRY SPICES & SALT
  8. COVER & COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL SOFT
  9. ADD THE CHICKPEAS, 1 CAPSICUM, 1 BOILED POTATO
  10. ADD 1 CUP RESERVED CHICKPEAS WATER
  11. COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 8-10 MINS
  12. SAUTE ON HIGH HEAT FOR 2 MINS
  13. ADD 1/4 TH CUP CORIANDER LEAVES
  14. TAKE OFF HEAT, KEEP ASIDE
  15. CUT THE TOP OF 4 BURGER BUNS
  16. SCOOP OUT THE CENTRE
  17. BRUSH THE BUNS WITH A LITTLE MELTED BUTTER
  18. BAKE IN A PRE HEATED OVEN AT AT 180 DEGREES FOR 5-8 MINS
  19. KEEP TO COOL
  20. ADD 2-3 TBSP CHICKPEA MIX INTO THE BREAD BOWLS
  21. PREPARE ALL THE BOWLS
  22. FIX CAPS WITH TOOTHPICKS, TOP WITH CHERRY TOMATOES, SERVE
