ABOUT STUFFED GRILLED CHICKEN. RECIPE

Whole chicken is stuffed with vegetables, fresh fruits and dried fruits and baked. This is a regular party dish in our home at all parties and loved by all.One of the healthy dish and must try at all parties.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole chicken 1
  2. Curd 2tablepoon
  3. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Chicken kebab masala 4teaspoon
  5. Sambhar powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Curry masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  8. 1/2 lemon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil 2 teaspoon
  11. For stuffing
  12. Onion 1 green chillies 2
  13. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  14. Capsicum 1
  15. Boiled mashed potatoes 3
  16. Bread crumbs 1cup
  17. Sambhar powder 2teaspoon
  18. Jeera powder 1/4 teaspoon
  19. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  20. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  21. Salt to taste
  22. Chopped apple 1/2cup
  23. Seedless black grapes 1/2cup
  24. Raisins 3 teaspoon
  25. Walnut 8
  26. Oil 2 teaspoon
  27. Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATE CHICKEN.
  2. ADD ALL THE POWDERS IN THE CURD AND SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE.
  3. MIX THOROUGHLY TO GET A FINE PASTE.
  4. SCORE WHOLE CHICKEN WELL AND APPLY THE PASTE WELL USING HAND.
  5. CHICKEN IS READY FOR MARINATION. OVERNIGHT MARINATION HELPS TO GET JUICY AND FLAVORSOME CHICKEN.
  6. INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING.
  7. HEAT OIL IN KADHAI AND ADD ONION AND GREEN CHILLIES AND SAUTE WELL.
  8. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AMD SAUTE TILL THE RAW SMELL DISAPPEAR.
  9. ADD BOILED MASHED POTATOES AND MIX WELL.
  10. ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM TO IT AND MIX WELL.
  11. ADD SAMBHAR, JEERA, KEBAB AND GARAM MASALA POWDER WITH SALT TO TASTE AND MIX WELL.
  12. ADD WALNUT AND RAISEN TO THE STUFFING MIXTURE.
  13. ADD CUBED BREAD CRUMBS TO IT.
  14. SWITCH OFF GAS FLAME AND ADD WHOLE BLACK SEEDLESS GRAPES AND CUBED APPLE PIECES.
  15. SPRINKLE CORIANDER LEAVES AND STUFFING IS READY.
  16. GET READY WITH MARINATED CHICKEN STUFFING, FEW TOOTH PICKS AND THREAD.
  17. STUFF THE MIXED NUTTY, FRUITY, VEGGIES STUFFINGS INSIDE THE CHICKEN TIGHTLY.
  18. STUFF FULLY AND PACK TILL THE END.
  19. WITH THE HELP OF TOOTH PICKS SEAL THE CHICKEN PERFECTLY.
  20. TIE THE CHICKEN LEGS WITH THE THREAD. STUFFED CHICKEN IS READY TO BAKE.
  21. TRANSFER THE STUFFED CHICKEN TO THE OVEN PLATE.
  22. DRIZZLE 2TEASPOON OF OIL OVER THE CHICKEN.
  23. BAKE STUFFED CHICKEN IN THE THE GRILL MODE FOR 40 MINUTES.
  24. AFTER 20 MINUTES CHANGE THE SIDES OF THE CHICKEN SO THAT IT'LL BAKE EVENLY ON ALL SIDES.
  25. WHOLE STUFFED GRILLED CHICKEN IS READY. REMOVE THREAD AND TOOTH PICKS.
  26. CUT THE BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN WITH A SERRATED KNIFE.
  27. STUFFED CHICKEN IS INTACT AND IS READY FOR THE PARTY.
  28. STUFFED GRILLED CHICKEN IS ONE OF THE CENTRE OF ATTRACTION IN OUR HOME PARTIES.
