  3. Salt 1/2 tesp
  4. Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tesp
  5. Tamarind chutney 2 tbsp
  6. Mint chutney 1 tbsp
  7. Boiled potato 1
  8. Raita boondi 1 tbsp
  9. Pomegranate pearls to garnish

Instructions

  1. PLACE FOUR RUSK IN A PLATTER.
  2. POUR WHISKED CURD OVER RUSK.
  3. SEASON WITH SOME SALT AND ROASTED CUMIN POWDER.
  4. TOP WITH TAMARIND CHUTNEY.
  5. GIVE A DASH OF GREEN MINT CHUTNEY.
  6. TOP WITH BOILED POTATOES AND RAITA BOONDI.
  7. GARNISH WITH POMEGRANATE PEARLS.
