  2. oil 2 tbsp
  3. Heeng pinch
  4. jeera 1 tsp
  5. turmeric 1/4 tso
  6. Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
  7. chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. SEM
  2. CHOP SEM
  3. PUT 2 TBSP OF MUSTARD OIL IN A PAN
  4. ADD A PINCH OF HEENG
  5. ADD 1 TSP JEERA
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP HALDI POWDER
  7. ADD SEM
  8. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  9. ADD 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA
  10. ADD 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER.
  11. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  12. MIX
  13. COVER THE LID AND COOK
  14. KEEP CHECKING IN BETWEEN
  15. SEM KI SABJI IS READY
