Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Atta / Multigrain Atta 1 cup
  2. Rava [semolina] 1 cup
  3. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  4. Hing [asafoetida]
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. curry leaves
  7. Salt
  8. jeera [cumin seeds] 1/2 tsp
  9. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  10. Ajwain [carom seeds] - 1 tsp optional
  11. Ginger optional 1 tbsp
  12. Cashew nuts optional - 10
  13. Oil for preparing dosa
  14. Onion half

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 CUP MULTIGRAIN ATTA OR PLAIN ATTA AND 1 CUP RAVA
  2. ADD HALF CUP RICE FLOUR
  3. ADD SALT, 1/2 TSP JEERA, AJWAIN, HING AND FINELY CHOPPED 2 GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD CHOPPED GINGER, PEPPER AND CASHEWS
  5. ADD 4 CUPS OF WATER. MIX WELL. REST FOR 5 MINS
  6. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND MIX WELL. DOSA SHOULD BE POURING CONSISTENCY
  7. (GREASE DOSA WITH HALF CUT ONION AND OIL. TAWA SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY DOSA REMAINING WHEN YOU SPREAD DOSA) SPREAD DOSA ON HOT TAWA
  8. FLIP ON BOTH SIDES. COOK ON MEDIUM FLAME
