ABOUT Fried Rice RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup boiled rice
  2. 3-4 garlic cloves (chopped)
  3. 1/2 cup spring onions (chopped)
  4. 1/4 cup carrot (chopped)
  5. 1/4 cup peas (chopped)
  6. 1/2 cup bell pepper (red, yellow and green) chopped
  7. 1/4 cup mushrooms (boiled and sliced)
  8. 1/4 cup Paneer (cut in small pieces)
  9. Salt ( to taste)
  10. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  12. 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. ADD 3-4 GARLIC CLOVES IN 1 TBSP HOT OIL
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP SPRING ONIONS
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF PEAS & CARROTS, COVER & COOK FOR 2-3 MINS
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP TRI COLOURED BELL PEPPERS, SAUTE
  5. ADD SALT, 1 TSP PEPPER
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF BOILED MUSHROOMS & COTTAGE CHEESE
  7. COVER & COOK FOR 2-3 MINS
  8. ADD 1 CUP BOILED RICE
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI, COOK FOR 4-5 MINS
