Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm whole green moong daal
  2. 1/2 cup rice flour
  3. 2 green chilli
  4. 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  8. For Stuffing-;
  9. 100 gm grated paneer
  10. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  11. 1 chopped green chilly
  12. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. THESE ARE ALL THE INGREDIENTS.
  2. GRIND OVERNIGHT SOAKED WHOLE GREEN MOONG DAL WITH GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI.
  3. AFTER GRINDING, ADD SALT, RED CHILLY POWDER AND RICE POWDER.
  4. MIX PROPERLY AND ADD 1/2 GLASS WATER.
  5. GREASE THE PAN AND WITH THE HELP OF A BIG SPOON SPREAD THE BATTER EVENLY.
  6. SPREAD GRATED PANEER, CHOPPED CHILLY AND CORIANDER AND SALT MIXTURE ON IT.
