Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Almonds 1 cup
  2. Cashews 1 cup
  3. Walnuts 1 cup
  4. Peanuts 1/2 cup
  5. Pistachio 1/2 cup
  6. Chilli powder 2 teaspoon
  7. Salt 1 teaspoon
  8. Pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Castor sugar 1/2 cup
  11. Water 1/4 cup
  12. Butter 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with foil paper.
  2. Mix 1 cup almonds, 1 cup walnuts, 1 cup cashews and 1/2 cup pistachio.
  3. Add 1/2 cup peanuts and 2 teaspoon chilli powder.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup pepper powder and 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder. Mix.
  5. Heat 1/2 cup sugar with 1 teaspoon butter and 1/4 cup water in a pan.
  6. Once melted, heat the mixture for another 5 minutes
  7. Mix both the mixtures.
  8. Pour onto the lined tray.
  9. Spread and make an even layer.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degree centigrade for 10 minutes
  11. Remove from oven and mix the nuts. Spread an even layer and bake again for a maximum of 5-6 minutes
  12. Empty into a bowl and serve.
