FRY CASHEWS AND DRY GRAPES IN LITTLE GHEE
HEAT A PAN ADD DRAINED RICE AND START ROASTING
DRY ROAST RICE TILL ITS COLOR CHANGES TO RED. ROAST ON LOW FLAME
COOL ROASTED RICE
ADD TO BLENDER
GRIND COARSELY. USE PULSE TO GRIND
ADD 3 TBSP JAGGERY AND LITTLE WATER TO THICK SYRUP
ADD RICE POWDER
ADD CARDAMOM POWDER, CASHEW, DRY GRAPES AND FRIED GRAM
COOL THE MIXTURE
