Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 1-1/2 boiled rice
  3. Salt (as required)
  4. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  5. Hing
  6. 2 DRY RED CHILLY
  7. 3 tbsp pomegranate
  8. 2 tbsp coriander
  9. 1 tsp roasted chana dal
  10. 2 tbsp grated carrot
  11. 5-6 Curry Leaves
  12. 1-1/2 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. CURD RICE WITH SPECIAL TWIST. -EKTA SHARMA
  2. THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS.
  3. ADD CURD TO BOILED RICE AND MIX.
  4. MAKE A TADKA OF MUSTARD SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES, HING, DRY RED CHILLY AND CHANA DAL USING OIL.
  5. ADD THIS TADKA TO THE MIXTURE OF RICE AND CURD.
  6. MIX PROPERLY.
  7. GARNISH IT WITH CARROT, CORIANDER AND POMEGRANATE.
  8. YOUR DISH IS READY.
  9. ENJOY!
