Here is new variety of uttapam, made from bajri and rice flour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup black millet flour
  2. 1/2 cup rice flour
  3. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD 1/2 CUP RICE FLOUR, 1/2 CUP BLACK MILLET FLOUR, 1TSP CHOPPED CHILLI
  2. 2TSP CHOPPED ONION, 2TSP CARROT, 1TSP CURD
  3. ADD SALT TO TEST
  4. PREPARE A THICK BATTER, USING WATER AS REQUIRED.
  5. HEAT A NON-STICK PAN, HEAT 1 TSP OF OIL, POUR 3-4 TSP OF BATTER AND SPREAD IT LIGHTLY TO MAKE UTTAPPAS.
  6. COOK ONE SIDE TILL LITTLE BROWN, TURN ON TO THE OTHER SIDE
  7. REMOVE UTTAPA
  8. REPEAT AGAIN.
