Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Colocassia roots or Arbi 250 grams boiled
  2. Oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Amchur powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GMS BOILED COLOCASSIA, REMOVE THE PEELS, SET ASIDE
  2. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP CAROM SEEDS, SALT, ALL THE DRY MASALA POWDERS, MIX
  3. ADD THE PEELED COLCASSIA, MIX & COOK FOR 5 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT
  4. SPRINKLE 2 TSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, SERVE HOT WITH DAL-RICE OR ROTIS
