  1. 8-10 left over chapatis
  2. 1 bowl brown sugar
  3. 3/4cup ghee
  4. 1/2 cup dry fruits,muskmelon seeds
  5. 1 tsp cardamon powder
  6. 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  7. Few almond slices
  8. 2 tsp khus khus

Instructions

  1. CRUMBLE 8-10 LEFTOVER ROTIS
  2. ADD TO A MIXER JAR, GRIND TO MAKE A COARSE POWDER
  3. ADD 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP EACH OF DRY FRUITS & MUSKMELON SEEDS, 1 TSP EACH OF CARDAMOM & CINNAMON POWDERS, MIX
  5. ADD 3/4 CUP MELTED GHEE, MIX WELL
  6. SHAPE SMALL BALLS OUT OF THE READY MIX
  7. PRESS DOWN THE BALLS INTO COOKIE MOULDS & SHAPE AS PER YOUR CHOICE
  8. GARNISH WITH SLICED ALMONDS & A DASH OF POPPY SEEDS ON TOP, SERVE
