Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 grams paneer
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 500 grams chopped tomatoes
  4. one fourth cup of cashew nuts
  5. 2 tbsp Oil
  6. 2 tbsp Butter
  7. one tablespoon Kitchen King powder
  8. One teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  11. 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  12. 1/4 cup milk for blending
  13. 1 cup milk for gravy

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  2. ADD 1 TSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  3. ADD 500 GMS CHOPPED TOMATOES, SAUTE UNTIL THEY TURN SOFT
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP CASHEWS, COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT UNTIL THE OIL SEPARATES
  5. ALLOW THE MASALA TO COOL, ADD TO A MIXER JAR
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP MILK, BLEND INTO A SMOOTH PASTE
  7. MELT 2 TBSP BUTTER, ADD THE READY MASALA PASTE, COOK ON LOW HEAT
  8. ADD 1 CUP MILK LITTLE BY LITTLE, CONTINUE TO SIMMER
  9. ADD 1 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP, MIX
  10. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1 TBSP KITCHEN KING MASALA
  11. ADD SALT, COOK FOR 2-3 MINS
  12. PLACE 500 GMS CUBED COTTAGE CHEESE IN A SERVING BOWL, POUR THE READY GRAVY ON TOP
  13. GARNISH WITH COTTAGE CHEESE, SERVE HOT
