Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 bread slices
  2. 1/4 Cup grated Mozzarella cheese
  3. 2 tablespoons chopped red bell peppers
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped carrot
  5. half cup sliced mushrooms
  6. one tablespoon Taco seasoning
  7. one tablespoon dried Italian herbs
  8. one tablespoon oil
  9. one tablespoon chopped garlic

Instructions

  1. IN A PAN HEAT 1 TBSP OIL AND 1 TSP GARLIC AND SAUTE
  2. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE
  3. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED RED BELL PEPPER, 2 TBSB CHOPPED CARROT, 1/2 CUP SLICED MUSHROOM
  4. SAUTE FOR FEW MINUTES
  5. ADD 1 TBSP TACO SEASONING AND MIX NICELY
  6. COOK THE VEGGIES FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES AND KEEP ASIDE
  7. TAKE A BREAD SLICE AND CUT OFF TGE EDGES
  8. FLATTEN WITH THE HELP OF ROLLING PIN
  9. PLACE THE BREAD ON THE GUJIA MOULD
  10. FILL IN THE VEGGIES AND 1 TBSP MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  11. APPLY WATER ON THE EDGES OF BREAD
  12. AND CLOSE THE MOULD
  13. CUT THE EXTRA EDGES
  14. MAKE ALL THE BREAD GUJIA IN SIMILAR WAY
  15. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL AND SHALLOW FRY GUJIA ON LOW HEAT
  16. FRY NICELY FROM BOTH SIDES
  17. BREAD GUJIA IS READY
