Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ridge gourd chopped 1 cup
  2. onion chopped 1/2 cup
  3. tomato chopped 1/2 cup
  4. ginger 1 inch
  5. turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. salt
  7. oil 2 tablespoon
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Green chilly 1 number
  11. garlic 3 numbers

Instructions

  1. RIDGE GOURD CHOPPED 1 CUP ONION CHOPPED 1/2 CUP TOMATO CHOPPED 1/2 CUP GREEN CHILLY 1 GINGER 1INCH GARLIC 3 NUMBERS
  2. IN A PAN HEAT OIL AND ADD EVERYTHING AND SAUTE WELL
  3. ADD SALT
  4. COVER IT AND COOK FOR FIVE MINUTES
  5. ADD TURMERIC POWDER CHILLY POWDER AND HING
  6. COOL IT AND GRIND COARSELY
  7. SERVE WITH HOT IDLY OR DOSA
