ABOUT Egg Masala RECIPE

Tangy spicy masala, with eggs to be served with rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup small onion
  2. 1 medium sized tomato
  3. Handful of coriander leaves
  4. Few curry leaves
  5. Few green chillies
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tbsp chilli powder
  8. Dry spices - cinnamon and clove - 2

Instructions

  1. INTO THE SIZZLING HOTPAN WITH 2TBSP REFINED OIL, CINNAMON,CLOVES I ADD THE SMALL ONIONS,GREEN CHILLI
  2. ALONG WIH SOME GARLIC AND CURRY LEAVES.
  3. GOES IN A PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER AND BOILED EGGS
  4. COMBINE ALL WELL AND GIVE A NICE STIR.
  5. ADD IN CHOPPED TOMATOES.
  6. KEEP BRINGING THEM TOGETHER.ADD IN A TBSP CHILLI POWDER.
  7. ADD A QUARTER CUP WATER AND ALLOW TO COOK.
  8. WHEN THE TOMATOES TURN MUSHY, ADD FRESHLY CHOPPED COREANDER LEAVES.
  9. GOES IN WIRH HOT ROTIS.
