Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gms of bhindi
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2tsp of red chilly powder
  4. 2tsp of dry corriander powder
  5. 1/2tsp of turmeric powder
  6. 1tsp of oil
  7. 1tsp of cummin seeds
  8. I tomatochopped
  9. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  10. 1/2tsp garam masala

Instructions

  1. CUT BOTH THE ENDS OF BHINDI AND GIVE A SLIT IN MIDDLE
  2. IN A SEPARATE BOWL ADD 1TSP EACHOF RED CHILLY POWDER AND CORRIANDER POWDER AND 1/2TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER
  3. ADD 1/2TSP OF GARAM MASALA AND SALT TO TASTE
  4. ADD 1FINELY CHOPPED TOMATO
  5. MIX WITH YOUR FINGERS PRESSING TOMATOES
  6. ADD 1TSP OF WATER AND MIX AGAIN
  7. DO STUFF THIS MASALA IN SLIT OF BHINDI
  8. ADD 1TSP OIL AND 1TSP OF CUMMIN SEEDS IN PAN
  9. ADD 1/2TSP OF RED CHILLY POWDER AMD 1/4TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER
  10. ADD EXTRA TOMATOES AND 1FINELY CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  11. SAUTE FOR A WHILE
  12. COVER WITH LID AND COOK FOR 8-9MINUTES
  13. MASALA BHINDI IS READY TO SERVE
  14. REMOVE IN SERVING PLATE
