Spinach or Palak is very low in fat and even lower in cholesterol. It is high protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E & K and Iron. Dill or Soya leaves are an aromatic herb. They are good source of calcium, manganese and iron. Potato or Aloo has vitamin B6 & C, Iron and excellent source of potassium.
