A delicious mutton preparation, to be served with naan or roti.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mutton 500gram
  2. Ghee200ml
  3. onion 1
  4. Tomatoes4
  5. ginger garlic paste 2table spoon
  6. Garam masala powder 1table spoon
  7. Red chillies6nos
  8. coriander seeds1table spoon.
  9. curd 1/2cup
  10. salt to taste
  11. bay leaves 2nos.


  1. Dry roast red chillies and coriander seeds ,blend in ablender.keep aside.
  2. Mut mutton in a pressure cooker,add sliced onion,ginger garlic pasteand salt to taste.
  3. After pressure release,if there any water remain,dry it.
  4. Heat ghee in apan/kadhahi.
  5. Add chilly pastewith tomatoe paste add alittle water and cook on low flame till ghee releases the edges of pan.
  6. Blend curd and add to pan ,stire well.
  7. Put mutton to the pan and mix ,so that spices mixes well.
  8. Add garam masala powder and half cup water.
  9. Cover and cook for 2minutes on low flame.
  10. Cook till ghee releade out .
  11. Serve with naan / parathe.
