Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For Marination :
  2. Chicken - 500 grams
  3. Red Chilli Powder - 2 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Pepper powder - 1 tablespoon
  6. Tandoori Masala - 2 Teaspoon
  7. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  8. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 teaspoon
  9. Curd - 1/2 cup
  10. Oil - 1 tablespoon
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. For gravy :
  13. Onion - 2
  14. Chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup
  15. Chopped ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Chopped Garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
  17. Green chilli - 1
  18. soya sauce - 2 teaspoon
  19. Chilli sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
  20. Vinegar - 2 teaspoon
  21. Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  22. Cornflour - 2 teaspoon
  23. Chopped spring onion - 2 tablespoon
  24. Oil - 1 tablespoon
  25. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients under for marination and keep them in fridge for about 3 hours.
  3. After that grill the chicken each side for 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped onions green chillies capsicum ginger garlic paste and salt. Saute them till the capsicum half cooked.
  5. Add the sauces vinegar and required amount of water. When it boils add grilled chicken pieces and allow them to cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add salt and sugar. Pour the corn flour mixture which was mixed with water.
  7. When the gravy got thickened switch off the flame and garnish with chopped spring onion leaves.
