Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. To Marinade
  2. Chicken leg Quarters-2
  3. All purpose Flour- 2 Tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  5. Yogurt- 2-3 Tbsp
  6. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  7. Chili powder- 1 tsp
  8. Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  9. Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
  10. Kasturi Methi (dry) -1/4 Tsp
  11. Cooking Oil - 2 Tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken well and pat it using a paper towel to absorb excess moisture
  2. Using a knife make few slits in chicken legs which will be helpful for masala to incorporate well inside the chicken.
  3. Now mix all the ingredients under ‘To marinade ‘ and apply to the chicken legs.
  4. Now preheat the convection oven for 300 degree F,and set the oven in broil mode.
  5. Prepare a baking tray covered with aluminum foil , spray little oil above the aluminum foil covered baking tray.
  6. Now keep the chicken legs in the tray when preheat done, keep the tray inside the oven and close the oven
  7. Let chicken broil for 10 minutes after 10 minutes turn the side and again close the oven.
  8. After 10 minutes tandoori Chicken will be Ready take the tray from oven.
  9. To cook in microwave oven in a wire rack (given for grill) spray little oil , preheat oven for 300 F . Grill for 15 minutes then turn side again grill for 10-15 minutes.Tandoori Chicken will Be Ready.
  10. Tandoori Chicken Ready Serve with Sliced onion sprinkled with chat masala.
