Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour...1cup ( for dough)
  2. Yeast...1tspn
  3. Salt
  4. Oil...1tspn
  5. Sugar...1/2tspn
  6. Spinach...1bunch
  7. Paneer...100gm
  8. Chopped onion...1
  9. Chopped tomato...1
  10. Ginger garlic paste...1tspn
  11. Green chilli paste...1tspn
  12. Turmeric powder...1tspn
  13. Sugar a pinch
  14. Salt
  15. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  16. Butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Soak the dry yeast in hot water for 10 mins.
  2. Make a dough of flour, soaked yeast, oil, salt& sugar.Cover it & keep rest for 30 mins to rise.
  3. Heat oil, add chopped onion, tomato & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.
  4. Add chopped spinach & crumbled paneer.
  5. Add green chilli paste.
  6. Add all spices & salt.
  7. Cover it & let it cook for sometimes.
  8. Make it dry & switch off the flame.
  9. Now take a ball from dough & roll it.Don't roll it too thin or too thick.
  10. Put some palak paneer mixture on it & transfer it to a frying pan.
  11. Cover it with a lid & cook it for 30 to 40 sec. on medium heat.If it is not cooked properly , then again cook it for 10 sec without lid on low heat.
  12. Serve it hot with salad .
