Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bourbon biscuit 2 big packets
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Eno 1 paket
  4. Mixture of chopped cashews raisins almosnd

Instructions

  1. Grind the biscuit in grinder to make it fine powder
  2. Add little milk n mix. Keep adding milk to get cake batter consistency
  3. Add eno n mix gently
  4. Garnish with mixed nuts
  5. Pour the mixture to already greased cake tin
  6. Pre heat a covered deep vessel with a good layer of salt for about 5mins
  7. Place the cake tin
  8. Almost after 20 mins, check it weather its done
  9. Ready to demould n grab on
