Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong dal- one cup
  2. Jaggery- half cup
  3. Ghee- 8 tsps
  4. cardamom powder- little
  5. Badams- chopped a few


  1. First cook moong dal in a cooker with 4 whistles
  2. Boil jaggery and strain and keep aside
  3. In a kadayi add jaggery water once it starts boiling add mashed moong dal and mix well
  4. Add ghee and keep stirring till it becomes a semi solid.
  5. Chop badams and garnish..Add the rest of the ghee and cardamom powder
  6. Serve
