ABOUT Egg green gravy RECIPE

Quick, healthy delicious curry made with eggs, to be served with some pulao or rice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. eggs -3-6
  2. oil - 1-2 tbsp
  3. Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
  4. Tomato - 1
  5. To Grind :
  6. half cup - chopped coriander
  7. Mint leaves - 1 tbsp
  8. Green Chillies - 2
  9. Garlic cloves -5
  10. Ginger chopped - 1tsp
  11. grated coconut - 4tbsp
  12. cashew paste -1 tbsp ( optional)
  13. Salt - To taste.

Instructions

  1. Keep all the ingredients ready.
  2. Heat oil, pop cumin seeds, add chopped tomatoes,add salt to taste.
  3. grind green paste and add to sauteed tomatoes.Bring to boil till the raw smells goes.
  4. Add boiled eggs or drop the eggs. Allow it to boil for few minutes. Serve.
  5. You can add 1 tbsp cashew paste also. this is optional.
