ABOUT Khatti Meethi Sushi Rolls RECIPE

Sushi Rolls is a Japanese famous dish .... Mostly it made by non veg ingredients . Bt I made it in new way all r veg . I made it in khatta meetha flavour . Firslty I rolled it into sweet banana pan cakes . And stuffed with white lemon rice and fruits and vegetables . Healthy nd tasty recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Banana pan cakes 3
  2. Lemon Rice 1 cup smashed
  3. cucumber 1piece cut into long stripes
  4. Mango 1 piece cut into long stripes
  5. Carrot 1 piece cut into long stripes
  6. for Banana pan cakes ==
  7. Maida 1/2 cup
  8. Baking powder 1/4 tspn
  9. Banana 2 mashed
  10. Sugar powder 2 tspn
  11. Water 1/2 cup or as requirements
  12. for Lemon Rice
  13. Rice 1 small cup
  14. lemon juice 2 tbspn
  15. Salt 1 small tspn or to taste
  16. Water 2 cups
  17. Mustard seeds 1/2 tspn
  18. Oil 2 tspn

Instructions

  1. banana pan cakes ==
  2. Mix well all banana pan cake ingredients in a bowl and make a thin smooth batter
  3. Now take a greased glass plate and put one scoop of batter in center of plate and spread it like small Puri .
  4. Now cook into micro only for one minute
  5. after one minute pan cake will be ready .
  6. Make all pan cakes like this .... Pan cakes r ready
  7. for Lemon Rice ==
  8. Soak rice in water for 10 minute .
  9. Heat an oil into a pan then add mustard seeds then add water + salt + lemon juice.
  10. When water starts boiling then add washed rice and cook on slow flame.
  11. Assembling sushi rolls ==
  12. Take banana pan cakes, then set them on each other like a plain big sheet.
  13. Spread some smashed lemon rice in center of pan cake sheet
  14. Now put mango, cucumber, carrot stripes one by one in center of rice.
  15. Fold pan cake sheet with soft hand slowly slowly and make a long roll
  16. tie from both sides with rubber .
  17. Keep into fridge for 10 minute .
  18. After ten minutes cut the roll into small rounds
  19. Khatti Meethi Sushi Rolls r ready to eat
