This is a quick sweet dish made during festivities and fasts.

Instructions

Boil the sweet potatoes in water. Strain and peel them.
Now heat the crushed jaggery with little water in a saucepan and let the jaggery melt.
Once molten, then lower the flame and let this boil.
The syrup must turn thick so that it attained 1 string consistency.
Add sweet potatoes and mix well.
Stir and cook for few more minutes and serve.
