Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Carrot 1
  3. Spring onion 1/2 cup
  4. Green beans 1/2 cup
  5. Salt as required
  6. Oil as required
  7. Chilli powder apinch
  8. Cloves 2
  9. Bay leaf
  10. Garlic 2
  11. Chinnamon 2
  12. Caradamom 2
  13. Onion 1
  14. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  15. Pepper powder 1 and half
  16. Jeera powder 1 and half

Instructions

  1. Boil rice and keep it aside.
  2. In pan heat ghee or oil add bay leaves, cinnamon,cardamom now add onion saute it well.
  3. After add all veggies.mix well.add chilli powder,soya sauce,spring onion,crushed garlic
  4. Cook for 15 min.mix well add water.close and cook for 10 min.cook well
  5. In bowl add half rice now add gravy after add remaining rice.add pepper jeera powder.mix well.
  6. Simple Fried rice is ready
