ABOUT omelette toast RECIPE

A healthy and tasty combination of eggs and bread in another form.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 4 bread slices
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  5. 1-2 green chillies
  6. salt, to taste
  7. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  8. oil, as required

Instructions

  1. Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk them.
  2. Add onion, green chillies, coriander, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
  3. Cut the bread slices into triangles.
  4. Heat up the tawa and put some oil.
  5. Dip the bread slices in egg mix and put them on tawa.
  6. Shallow fry the bread slices till brown on both sides.
  7. Similarly, make toasts of all the slices.
  8. Serve hot.
