ABOUT Parsley and Mint Chutney... RECIPE

An incredibly easy and a lipsmacking chutney with olive oil. This is my way of doing it and the best part is that it can be made ahead. Chill and serve it to your unexpected guests. Goes well with everything including all types of chaats and snacks plus South Indian Idlis and Dosas. Serves as a perfect dip to many a pakoras or fritters too. Super cool one to be served with grills and barbecues also. Happy Blending !!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Parsley chopped 2 cups
  2. Mint leaves chopped 2 cups
  3. Ginger 1" piece
  4. Cloves 2
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Green chillies 3-4
  7. Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  8. Olive oil 1/4th cup

Instructions

  1. Add all to a blender and blitz everything until smooth.
  2. Adjust salt and serve.
  3. Store this in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week or little more.
