ABOUT Ridge gourd masal RECIPE

Ridge gourd contains insulin like Peptides and Alkaloids that helps to reduce the sugar levels in both the blood and urine. It is good for skin care. It helps to manage acidity as well as ulcers.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ridge gourd 1
  2. Moong dal 5 tsp
  3. mustard seed
  4. curry leaves
  5. Garam masala
  6. chilli powder
  7. salt
  8. oil

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker cook the ridge gourd and moong dal with required water for 5 min and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, saute mustard seed and curry leaves
  3. Addd garam masala, chilli powder and required salt
  4. Cook for 5 -10  min then switch off the stove.
