I love pav bhaji and i am sure many of you do. so this is my way of making this yummy recipe from mumbai. A perfect breakfast option for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled potatoes - 4 - 5
  2. Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
  3. Grated cabbage - 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped onion - 1
  6. Green peas - 1/2 cup
  7. Chopped tomatoes - 2
  8. Ginger, garlic paste - 1 tsp
  9. Chopped green chillies - 2
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  12. Pav bhaji powder - 1 tsp
  13. Salt - to taste
  14. Oil - 2 tbsp
  15. Butter - 1 tbsp
  16. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  17. Pav - 2

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker.
  2. Peel and mash it..
  3. Heat the oil in a wok.
  4. .Add onion fry till light brown.
  5. .Add ginger, garlic paste, red chilli powder,turmeric powder,green chillies add some water n saute
  6. Add tomatoes and cook on medium flame approax 4-5 mins.
  7. Add the veggies and saute 2-3 mins
  8. minsNow add potatoes and mix well.
  9. Add one cup of water and cook for 4-5 mins.
  10. .Add salt, butter and pav bhaji masala and mix well.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
  12. Pav Slice the pavs
  13. .Heat the pan grease some butter and place the pav in medium flame till golden brown
  14. Serve the pav with bhaji.
