ABOUT KEEMA PARATHAS RECIPE

Must try these keema stuffed parathas. A treat for paratha lovers and if you are a non vegetarian.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Keema ..... 1/2 Kg. (Mutton or Chicken)
  2. Onions ..... 2 large
  3. Ginger-garlic paste ... 1 tbsp.
  4. Green chillies .. 2 (finely chopped)
  5. Coriander powder ..1tsp.
  6. Jeera powder .......... 1 tsp.
  7. Garam masala ......... 1-2 tsp.
  8. Amchoor powder .... 1 tsp.
  9. Salt ........................... to taste
  10. Red chilli powder ....1/2 tsp.
  11. Oil & Ghee .. as needed
  12. Wheat flour.............. 2-3 cups
  13. Ajwain ..................... 1tsp.
  14. Eggs ..................... 2 (beat with a pinch of salt) ....Optional

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat a little oil and fry the onions till golden brown. Now add the ginger garlic paste, green chillies and a little water to cook the onions. Add the mince, salt and the dry masalas. Stir fry sprinkling little water until done,
  2. Knead the flour adding a little oil, ajwain and salt.
  3. Roll out 2 thin chapatis (one slightly bigger than the other)
  4. Spread the prepared mince mixture on the bigger chapati, pour a little egg batter with a spoon.
  5. Place the small one on top and seal the edges.
  6. Roll again carefully.
  7. Roast them on a griddle pouring a little oil or ghee. Serve hot with chutneys, pickle or dahi.
