Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrot 2 spoon
  2. French beans 2 spoon
  3. Sweet corn 2 spoon
  4. Cabbage 2 spoon chopped + 2 leaf
  5. Onion 1(1/2 chopped + half cut into big pieces)
  6. Capsicum small piece 1 or 2
  7. 1/2 piece of a Bay leaf
  8. Mustard oil 1 spoon
  9. cumin 1/4 spoon
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Black pepper 1/4 spoon
  12. Wheat flour 1/2 spoon
  13. Milk 2 or 3 spoon
  14. Water approx 500 ml

Instructions

  1. Take all veggies except chopped cabbage and onions in a cooker, add water and cook till 1 whistle
  2. Then with the help of strainer separate veggies and water and throw leaf of cabbage, onion and Capsicum
  3. Now take another a deep pan pour oil and add Cumin and bay leaf
  4. Then add chopped onion and saute till light brown
  5. Later add chopped cabbage and saute for 1 or 2 min.
  6. Now add separated boiled veggies and saute for another 1 min
  7. Then add wheat flour and again saute for 2 min.
  8. Then add separated water or vegetable stock that we made
  9. Let it come to boil and then add salt and black pepper and boil for 1 min.
  10. Lastly add milk and let it boil also then you can serve it as it is with tomato sauce and several or we can grind it to make smooth to feed baby.
